My opinion of me, lived the life of a ping pong ball, putting out the fires, a long the way life deals me, have always put off for tomorrow what could have been done today, lazy and chronic underachiever come to mind, doing just enough to get by, a lot of ideas, but they remain just that. Making me as common as a house fly. Do go to yoga classes, have read by authors, Deepac Chopra, Sir Nisargadatta Maharaj, Kathleen McDonald, Eckhart Tolle, and some others. Reading about is one thing, actual practicing is my short coming. It seems if I am not out on my boat, on the flats, trying to out smart a bonefish, (never keep the fish) my attention span is nil. I am not complaining, not looking for sympathy, this is the way it is
